The Yuteng rollator walker with basket is the steel-build four-wheel walker: powder-coated frame, wire basket up front and a PVC soft seat for resting. Rated to 100 kg (220 lb) at 13.6 kg (30 lb) net, it is the durable, price-driven end of the rollator line — the model loaner pools and pharmacy shelves run on. Handle height, basket size and frame color are built per order.

Steel Frame, Basket and Seat

Steel is the material decision on this model: heavier than aluminum, cheaper, and harder to dent in shared or outdoor use. The powder coating carries the color and the rust line — frame color is one of the per-order options, so the same walker runs grey for one distributor and red for another, and the coating is what stands up to being wiped down and rained on.

The wire basket carries shopping or a bag of medical supplies, and the PVC soft seat gives the user somewhere to sit when the walk needs a pause. An optional tray turns the frame into a carrying platform for meals or a phone. The 8 in (20 cm) castors roll over threshold strips and pavement cracks that stop smaller wheels, which is the practical difference a caster size makes outdoors.

Three variables are customized per order: handle height, basket size and frame color. That is enough to fit a national tender specification or a retailer's house look without touching the frame tooling. Handle height sets who can use the walker comfortably; basket size sets what it carries home; color sets whose brand it reads as. Changes beyond those three are quoted as ODM work with drawings and sampling.

Packing and Container Loading

Packed at one per 60 × 20 × 71 cm carton, a 40HQ holds roughly 700-790 units; mixed containers across the rollator and wheelchair range are routine and calculated per order. At 13.6 kg (30 lb) net the weight never constrains the load — even 790 units is under 11 tonnes against a limit near 26 — you are buying volume, and the flat carton is what makes the volume efficient.
