Scale and production capacity
We have manufactured wheelchairs and mobility aids since 1998 — 28 years of production for distributors, tender projects and care brands across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Americas. Large programs are planned by model and color, with the same documentation in every shipment.
By keeping frame welding, machining, powder coating, upholstery and assembly under one roof, lead times do not depend on third parties: standard models ship in 20-35 days after order confirmation, repeat programs faster.
What the machines in the photos can do
CNC tube benders and punching lines prepare frames with repeatable geometry; jigs hold every weld position so a 40cm and a 51cm seat share the same quality standard.
The powder coating line applies uniform finishes at program volumes, and the upholstery workshop cuts and sews seat and back cushions in-house — your colors, your embroidered logo.
Quality, packing and delivery
Every wheelchair is road-tested on the line: folding mechanism, brakes, castor alignment and frame geometry are checked one by one. Salt-spray and fatigue test reports are documented per model family.
We ship knocked-down or fully assembled as you prefer, with retail-ready cartons, manuals and CE / FDA documentation ready for import and tender files.

Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. A typical tour covers welding, powder coating, upholstery and assembly in half a day; we coordinate with your China schedule, or run a remote video walkthrough.
What is your monthly capacity?
It depends on the model mix: standard manual wheelchairs flow faster than electric or clinical models. Full container programs are delivered on schedule; send your order list and we confirm the calendar.
What quality documentation do you provide?
CE and FDA compliance documentation, test reports per model family (fatigue, salt spray, flame retardancy of upholstery), and product manuals — ready for import and tender files.
