Aluminum Rollator with Seat

The Yuteng aluminum rollator with seat is the light end of the rollator line: a 6.7 kg (14.8 lb) oval-tube aluminum frame rated to 100 kg (220 lb), with a padded 43 cm (16.9 in) seat, a washable nylon bag and a fold to 22 cm (8.7 in). Handles adjust across 6 positions and the wheels across 4, so one frame fits a range of user heights — and the wheels themselves are 20.3 cm (8 in), the size that rolls over thresholds.

6.7 kg and the Oval-Tube Frame

The frame is 51.4 x 26 x 1.3 mm oval aluminum tube braced with 25.4 x 1.4 mm round tube, painted rather than anodized — the oval section is stiffer per gram than round, which is how the frame stays under 7 kg while carrying a 100 kg (220 lb) rating. At this weight the user lifts the folded rollator into a car boot without help, which is the daily test of a light rollator and the reason this model runs at the premium end of the range.

The Seat, the Bag and the Backrest

The seat is wood and foam wrapped in PVC — firm enough to sit on properly, wipe-clean, 43 cm (16.9 in) wide. Underneath it, a nylon mesh shopping bag carries the walk's cargo; it unclips for washing or replacement, which matters for loaner pools where one rollator serves many users. The backrest lifts so the frame folds flat, and it drops back down for sitting — a two-second operation the user or carer does several times a day.

Height Adjustment: 6 Handle Positions, 4 Wheel Positions

Two independent adjustments set the fit. The handles move across 6 positions for user height; the front and rear wheels mount across 4 positions, which sets the seat height — 59 to 67 cm (23.2-26.4 in) — for users who sit down often. Adjusted together, one frame covers a household or a loaner pool of different users, and both adjustments are pin-based rather than clamped, so the setting holds instead of creeping down over months of use.

Brakes and Tested Performance

The brakes are wire (cable) brakes on the handles, with a parking position that locks the wheels for sitting down and standing up. Tested performance: the park brake holds on a 7-degree slope or steeper, and the braking distance from walking speed is 0.5 m or less — the two numbers a tender or a marketplace listing asks for, and they are on the test report we send with the quotation.

Ordering, OEM and Container Loading

There is no fixed MOQ — trial orders and sample-based programs are welcome. Lead time is 40-50 days, with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, TUV, FDA and CE documentation per destination market. Packed at one per 60 × 54 × 18 cm carton, a 40HQ holds roughly 1,020-1,160 units — the flat 18 cm carton is what makes that number possible; mixed containers are routine and calculated per order.
